A shared household works better when everyone understands what they are sharing.

For children and teens
TidyWin helps your household see which jobs need doing and celebrate the work you do. Other people in your household can see your profile, tasks, progress and rewards. If a task needs a photo, ask an adult before including a person, address or anything private.
You can use a nickname and an illustrated avatar. If something worries you, ask a trusted adult or contact support@fancy-arty.com with their help. You do not need to send a password or PIN.
For parents and guardians
Use only the information needed to organise the household. Explain the app to children in language they understand. Choose appropriate tasks and rewards, use an avatar instead of a face photo when possible, and check proof-photo settings. Respect each household member’s privacy and age-appropriate choices.
An adult can create a profile that has no separate email login and use it on a shared device. A separate child account has its own login and permissions. In shared child mode, the device remains signed in to the adult account. Parent controls limit actions in the app; they do not prove that the account holder is the child’s legal guardian.
TidyWin is not a photo archive. Future upload limits may include a weekly allowance for an account or household. Read photo use and storage limits for how these will be communicated and how photo removal differs from deleting task history.
What about parental consent?
Rules depend on the launch country, the child’s age, how the service is offered and the legal basis for using the data. TidyWin must meet the applicable requirements before offering an account or collecting information from a child. A family invitation, task approval or parent PIN is not a substitute for a required consent process.
The current implementation does not verify a person’s age or record a verified legal parental-consent process. The operator must resolve the permitted ages, countries and corresponding safeguards before a public launch involving children. This page does not claim that simply selecting the Parent role makes that process complete.
Review, correct or remove a child’s information
Adults can manage family profiles and task settings within their permissions. For a privacy request, email support@fancy-arty.com and explain your relationship to the child and what needs to change. We may need to verify authority before disclosing or changing information. Do not send identity documents unless an appropriate verification method has been agreed.
